charming place with beautiful hiking trails and local eateries
I was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant atmosphere of this inn, where we enjoyed delicious meals like the Cambodian Hot Pot, which packed a flavorful punch, and the service was impeccable, making it a place I can't wait to return to. also, being just a few steps from Mackin's Bar and only about a 15-minute walk to Donard Forest made it easy to explore on foot.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a stunning sea view that added to the ambiance. The breakfast served was generous, with freshly baked pastries and rich coffee that were simply delightful. Unfortunately, there was a nightmarish level of noise, which made it extremely difficult to get a restful night’s sleep, forcing us to leave prematurely. Despite the pleasant surroundings and helpful staff, the noise issue was a significant drawback.

The sea view was beautiful, but the mattress felt slanted and uncomfortable.

The exterior of the building shows signs of needing some refurbishment, particularly the open-air dining areas, which could benefit from a refresh. While the dining experience boasts beautiful coastal views, the food quality could use improvement and felt a bit too pricey for what was served. In one instance, a room suffered from hot water issues, which can be a hassle when all you want is a decent shower after a long day.

Couples retreat perfect for relaxation
The dining experience was just amazing honestly we had this amazing seafood platter that could feed a small army and frankly the staff were incredible they treated us like royalty each morning making sure we had everything we wanted
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but for the quality we got it felt justified

the room was sooo nice, we had a view of the ocean n a small balcony. breakfast was incredible, they got bomb options like vegan stuff too. the staff was hella friendly n made us feel super welcome. the walk to downtown was chill, just along the beach. the bistro was cozy with yummy food for dinner, seriously loved everything about it!
only issue was the room was a bit pricey with conversion fees, n we heard a squeaky floorboard from the room next door.
